ADDS will meet with you in order to discuss the requirements of your company, some may just require scan on demand where open files can just be scanned straight to CD other companies will require a higher structure approach through scanning, cataloguing and instant online service access to search for files.
Each organisation will have different demands from ADDS when it comes to the set up of their digital solutions. Your account manger will work with you step by step in order to profile your needs from scanning, indexing, storage and management of all digital images. Access to your own database can be viewed via a secure internet link, each user will be issued with their own user name and password allowing for implantation of different security levels for each digital image

Digital images can be partnered with hard copies that are stored in our offsite storage facilities.
