Flexibility is key to our high customer service standards, ADDS fuse with your organisations needs and can also provide tailored packages for data back-up rotation and regular retrieval needs.

For security requests for deliveries / collections must be received in writing (email / fax / letter) from the contact person/s on your company’s account details, these are set up by your account manager

If your organisation requires departmental security ADDS can tailor security on each of your departmental accounts with approved names for file / box delivery requests

Emergency Response

ADDS also supply’s a 24 hour call out service for your organisation should you require it. This service can be of vital use in emergency for contingency planning or disaster recovery situations
