We would always prefer to come in to see you to answer your questions, but here are some of the things we are often asked:

Although self storage seems like a quick fix to offices that are overflowing with records, they do not provide a full records management service and data storage issues may come back to haunt you.
Yes – ADDS takes security very seriously. We guarantee:
• External perimeter security
• Internal 24-hour staffed security
• Motion detectors
• 24-hour monitored alarm system connected to external control
• Strict authorisation procedures – secure loading and unloading areas
• Fire detection system
• In-house fire marshal
• None of our processes are outsourced
There is no minimum or maximum number of files, boxes or data tapes we will store.
If you order before 4 p.m. you can have your file or tape back the next working day. We also offer a three-hour response time for those emergency moments.
Yes, we can! Invite one of our account managers in and show them the room. They will discuss your needs and put together a full project management package for you so you do not have to touch them! We will do the work for you.
Yes, we do. Online access to your inventory also helps you with stock management. It’s the perfect solution. Get your printer to contact us directly and we will take care of everything for you. We even pop you over an email with confirmation and a copy of the inventory once it’s been delivered in.
